Ontem ouvi um orgulhoso Ministro das Finanças dizer que, este ano, o orçamento ia ser cumprido.
Pois vai... mas eu continuo sem receber o ordenado, o toner da impressora já só imprime cinzento clarinho (mas como as folhas A4 acabaram o mês passado, não há problema), a encomenda das peças para montar o ensaio (€25!) está "em processamento" desde Novembro, etc, etc, etc.
Mas o orçamento vai ser cumprido!
Na Tesouraria explicaram-me: "o problema não é falta de dinheiro, não temos é autorização do Ministério efectuar os pagamentos. Só depois do fim do ano. Assim que entrarmos em Janeiro pagamos logo tudo. Este ano é que não se pode gastar mais nada."
E, assim, o orçamento vai ser cumprido!
